Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. The Office Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the smooth and efficient running of our office operations. This role involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and providing support to staff members. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This includes handling correspondence, managing office supplies, and maintaining office equipment.
2. Office Coordination: Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency. 
3. Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications. Answer phone calls and respond to emails.
4. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and files, both electronic and paper, ensuring that information is organized and easily accessible.
5. Financial Tasks: Assist with basic financial tasks such as processing invoices and reconciling expenses.

Requirements:
1. Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or similar role.
2. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) QuickBooks, Service Titan and other office software.
3. Excellent organizational
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
6. Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus.
Work Environment: The Office Administrator will work in a professional office environment, interacting with staff members at all levels of the organization. 

Salary:
The salary for this position will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Compensation: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
